Drawer Box Notching
To gear up Drawer Boxes for drawer slides and installation, WalzCraft offers a Notch & Hook Hole Combination & various DBN Series Notching options. 
The NHH1 Notch & Claw Hole Combination is available with all Dovetail Drawer Box side wall thicknesses, ane/ii″, 5/viii″, & three/4″. This combination pattern is applied to the dorsum side of the drawer box and will accommodate drawer slides requiring notching up to ii″ wide. This pattern is our about common notching option and is uniform with many undermount drawer glide systems including Blum, Hettich, Grass, and Mepla. Salice undermount drawer glides tin besides be purchased directly from WalzCraft, also intended to be used in conjunction with the NHH1 notching pick.
The DBN Drawer Box Notching Series allows for other notching patterns. The DBN100 & DBN200 patterns offer a double notch pattern using hot melt adhesive while the DBN300 & DBN400 have a single notch blueprint too using hot cook adhesive. The hot melt agglutinative strengthens the box and is a feature included in the cost of the Drawer Box. Alternatively, the DBN500 pattern allows you to insert your own custom drawer box lesser cloth equally no hot melt adhesive is applied when using this removable bottom panel application.
